Hello, we are two young professionals (one male, one female) with a large spare double room in our spacious furnished terraced house with garden at Priory Avenue, just by the cricket stadium/super close walk to town centre.

It is available now as our third housemate is moving out, and our tenancy runs until mid-September.

The house comprises:
Downstairs- fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), three reception rooms (lounge, dining room & breakfast room), a cloakroom toilet, utility room, rear garden
Upstairs- three large furnished double bedrooms, bathroom with shower/bathtub.

Parking: There are upto two parking permits available from the Council for £60/year or £5/month.

Heating: Gas central heating with NEST Smart thermostat

Wifi: Full Fibre broadband set up, sufficient for your internet addiction xD

Bills: The bills are not included in the rent, they comprise of wifi, energy/gas, water, council tax.

About Us:
We are two young professionals (both moved here from London at different points recently) and hold a wide array of interests. I work as an urban planner, and Jakub is an accountant. We are both quite easygoing and friendly and will be respectful as co-tenants. We would love to spend time going out or hanging out indoors as well as quiet personal time.
