This is for a large double room in a happy, friendly, working professionals shared house.
Close to the town centre, walking (15 mins ) to Musgrove hospital, 10 mins to bus and 15 mins or so to the train station. Close to Hinkley pick up points.

The Room is a large nicely furnished double and it has it's own private sunroom attached, so it's really two rooms.
It's ground floor and you can walk straight out into the small garden, sunny (when we ever see the sun!)
Ideal for someone who needs to work from home part of the week or just someone after a bit more space.

The house is shared between 5 in total (inc. this one) friendly , happy people. Shared kitchen, lounge, 2 shower rooms , kitchen comes fully equipped, fridge, freezer, cooker, tumble dryer, washing machine, kettle, crockery, cutlery etc etc, everything you'd expect to find!

The bills, gas, water, reasonable electricity, council tax and reasonable broad band are included in the rent.

I belong to the National Landlords association so have good professional standards, your deposit is lodged within a government scheme, the house is licenced with the council and has all of its safety certificates, smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms and all are inspected and serviced yearly, all of these are available for you to see.

The present tenants have requested that they have someone who is a working professional, cheerful, helpful, clears up after themselves and treats everyone with the respect with which they will be treated.
