This is for a light, sunny double room with an en suite in a friendly shared house close to Taunton town centre (TA1 postcode).

The present flatmates are all lovely, friendly working professional people, currently a mixed household. They are looking for someone similar who doesn't mind mucking in and taking turns at taking the bins etc out and someone who is respectful, friendly and gets on with people without wishing to live in a party household. This is a happy house.
The room is a double , it currently has a single bed in it as that was the preference of the current tenant but can be changed to a double if preferred.
It is light with a big window. It has a bed, chest of drawers, desk, chair, a wardrobe cupboard, bedside table , desk light , rug, bin.
Recently painted and in good condition.
The house is well maintained with nice furniture. There is a shared kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer (not coin slot, included with your rent) there is a kettle, microwave, toaster, fridges, freezer, etc and it is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery, pots and pans.
Bills are included within the rent: water, gas, electricity, council tax, fast broadband, tv licence in shared lounge.
There is also our fabulous cleaner who comes once a fortnight for communal areas included in the rent too.
There is a shared lounge, shared kitchen, two separate shower rooms , sunny rear garden with chairs and a table, washing line and room for bikes.
The house has 6 current tenants, all professional working people within 22 and 30, very nice people. They are ideally looking for similar.
Everyone helps keep the house tidy .
The house doesn't come with parking however there is permit parking on the road just around the corner, permits are arranged separately through the council and are around £100 per year.
The house is about 200 yds from the centre, approx 10 mins walk from the bus station, 15 from the train station and 20 from Musgrove hospital. It is ideally located for many of Taunton's major employers.
I am a member of the national landlords association and have been providing good quality rentals for some time now.
