Small double room available

A small double room is available for the right person in a well-presented Victorian house from 1st October 2026, although an earlier start date may also be considered for the right person. The house is in a great location, just a five-minute walk from Taunton town centre.

Ideally, I’m looking for either a mature student or working professional who is friendly, easy-going and respectful. I take pride in my home and like to keep it clean and tidy, so I’m looking for someone who feels the same and would treat the house as their home too.

I also share a very friendly cockapoo, who stays with me every other weekend, so it would be great to find someone who is comfortable around dogs.
