Large double room near Musgrove Hospital

We have a large double room in our house in Galmington up for short term let, until the end of Feb 2025. The house is on a quiet residential road, 5 mins walk from Musgrove Park Hospital. 20/25 mins walk into town, bus stop on the road, park nearby, local amenities at the bottom of the road. Large driveway.

We are looking for someone who wants to rent a room for weekdays, can include Sunday evening if required. There may be opportunities to stay some weekends, open to discussion. It’s fine to leave stuff in the room over the weekend.

The room has recently been redecorated. Can be furnished or unfurnished, we have a small double bed and chest of drawers and clothes hanging rail if furnished. The lodger will have use of their own bathroom, use of their own lounge including Netflix, prime, sky and sky sports, large shared kitchen with all amenities, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, downstairs toilet, dining room, garden, large driveway with plenty of parking. Cleaner comes fortnightly and is included in the rent.

We are a couple with 2 cats, we have our own en suite bathroom. One of us is working away weekdays and you would be sharing the house with the other one and our 2 cats.

Viewings on weekends are preferable.
