Serene double room with bathroom

I have a lovely calming room to rent with its own sole use bathroom. The focus has been on curating a room with all natural non-toxic materials wherever possible. I am looking for a like minded individual who appreciates this lifestyle.
Materials used so far:
🌱100% wool carpets and underlay
🌱wool filled and cotton cover duvet and pillows
🌱 100% cotton bedding
🌱wool silk and cashmere mattress (medium)
🌱linen curtains, cotton lined
🌱solid wood furniture where possible.
The bathroom is a shower over a bath so best of both!
Please note we intentionally do not have a microwave, TV, or internet in this household. Internet can be discussed if it’s required for work, alternatively we just tether using data from mobiles as and when needed but use airplane mode at night. Feel free to bring your own TV for your room.
As I have a younger child in this house, a DBS check would also be ideal.
There is an unfinished living room that you will be welcome to have use of when it is completed. The garden is a nice size, turfed and will eventually have food growing in it, so a green thumb interest is a plus if you want some growing space. Shed space available and on drive parking if required.
The Kitchen is shared, there is a dishwasher and washing machine, if you want to enquire about specifics in terms of kitchen appliances or equipment just message me. Most materials in the kitchen are glass stainless steel or wood. Any questions please don’t hesitate to ask.
The house is a new build with bus links to town centre. The hospital is a 30 minute walk from us but there are direct bus routes also. Rumwell farm shop is just down the road for those wanting local organic produce.
Despite our lifestyle being quite niche we are easy going, welcoming and just want this space to be healthy, happy, and relaxing.
£600 per month all bills included.
