Double room, available from 1st February 2020. In residence currently, father (part time)and son plus 1, both in their twenties. Son has 2 small dogs and 1 cat. These tend not to be in communal areas but are part of the household. All very friendly and used to people. Welcome to walk them if wanted to.
House is good size victorian terrace. On street residents parking permit scheme available subject to conditions.

Kitchen, lounge, 4 bedrooms, private study (dogs room) Bathroom, 2 toilets, rear garden.

House is friendly and flexible being used to additional occupants. Will suit most people male or female who are reasonably quiet. We have a house rota for keeping communal areas clean, there is access to a cleaner but house rules changed by joint decision only.

References not required but a get to meet you essential.
