Double room available from 3rd January 2026 in a bright modern home in a quiet location at the foot of the Quantock hills in Bishops Lydeard near Taunton. The house is 15 mins drive to Musgrove Park Hospital, and only 7 mins drive to the Silk Mills Park & Ride. We are an easy-going professional couple, both aged 49. Our children have grown up and moved out, so the house is calm and quiet and you will generally have exclusive use of the main bathroom. The room is a fully furnished double and all the furniture is nearly new. Bills are included, and parking is available by the house. We have a friendly ginger Tom cat named Leo (photos available on request!) A reference from our last tenant is also available on request.
