This is for a nice, light, double room in a shared house, working professionals, ages between 23 and 38. They are looking for similar to join them.
The house is 2 mins from Taunton town centre, Musgrove hospital is 15 mins ish easy walk, HPC pick up points are close with 3 being under 10 mins walk away( 1 is 3 mins walk away), the bus station is 10 mins, the train station is 12 mins approx. The house is friendly and happy.
The current housemates are working, professional people, the house is calm and respectful, it is not a party house. The current housemates all help keep the house clean, take a turn taking the bins out, cleaning the shower rooms etc and are friendly and respectful to live with. They are looking for someone similar to join them.
There is a shared kitchen, fully equipped, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, pots, pans, cutlery etc. The shared lounge has a tv provided, there is an iron and ironing board, hoover etc. The property is heated with gas central heating, set to a good temperature.
The room is a light double. It shares two shower rooms with other (clean and lovely!) housemates. It has a sink in it, as do 3 of the other rooms, so there is rarely a queue for the shower rooms. It is a first-floor room, at the back of the house and it overlooks the garden, which is warm and sunny when we get the nicer weather! The garden has a shared shed and outdoor storage area.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk, chair, rug, lights etc
Bills, water, gas, electric, council tax, tv in the lounge and fast fibre broad band also included in the rent.
There is parking permit available should you need it at this property , which is arranged separately with Taunton Council, at a cost of approx. £100 per year. Parking is on road within area E11, the road is a quiet side street.
The property is licensed with Taunton Council and has all of its safety certificates and checks completed. It is gas, electrical, fire alarm and emergency lighting certificated, legal and up to date. I belong to the National Residential Landlords Association and we use their gold standard letting contracts.
Deposits are lodged in a legal Government scheme and you are provided with all the legal paperwork you would expect to be given.
