Double bedroom available to rent in furnished flat

Hi,

I have to move out of Taunton for personal reasons so looking for someone to take over my rented room.
It's a double bed room in a great flat. Everything is already furnished to a high standard. You would share the good sized bathroom with one female.
The flat is great with really nice flatmates. Only 5 minutes walk from the hospital and close to a Hinckley bus pick-up so perfect for work.
£800/month, all bills and council tax included. The landlady is really nice and the letting agents are very responsive.
Looking to move out asap and have somewhere to move to so happy for a quick swap if needed.
