Myself and other lodger both work full time and are friendly and chilled not the type to be going out partying ect it’s not that type of property and would not want someone that is looking to be doing that whilst being at the property.
There is a friendly dog that lives at the house so you would have to be okay with dogs.
First months lodge will be paid on the day you move in and then going forward would be 1st of each month.
