This is for a nice large 1 bed flat, ground floor, with a sunny garden . Parking available on the road (not private space, first come basis).

The flat is one of two flats in a house (upstairs and downstairs), We own both, so we know you have nice neighbours!

Our lovely tenant is moving away for work, so we are looking for a new tenant who is respectful, pays their rent on time, isn't a neighbourhood nuisance, keeps the flat and garden clean and tidy and appreciates having a positive, friendly landlord who works hard at being good at what they do.

The flat can be let either furnished or unfurnished (same rent).
It has a really big kitchen diner, a bathroom, large bay windowed lounge and a large double bedroom. It is ideal for a couple, although single people are welcome to apply.

The flat is easy walking distance to the centre of town.
Suitable for Hospital, train station, bus station , hpc pick up points etc.

References are required plus proof of salary, credit checks are made so please be sure you can meet this criteria before applying, thank you.

The rent is £1100 per calendar month, bills are additional to this and tenants responsibility.

The flat has a good Worcester bosch boiler so it is reliable and cheap to heat. There is a water meter fitted.
bills are extra to rental and not included. The flat is band A council tax (the cheapest one!) The EPC is "C".

There is a sun trap quiet garden with a back alleyway for access. There is a safe private lockable shed for a bike or storage.

There is parking on the road, there are spaces to the front of the flat or just down the next side road (4 houses away). It is not permit parking or reserved.

I have let property for quite a few years now and am a good quality landlord, I belong to the NRLA (National Residential Landlords Association) so am required to uphold good standards.
The flat has all of it's safety certificates, the boiler is serviced regularly (our expense, not yours) as are the smoke detectors, emergency lighting and electrics. We are responsive and helpful.
