Double room, <10mins walk from train station

Hi everyone, I thought I'd type up a little profile of my house and lifestyle to see if it fits and to let you have a bit more information.

The house is semi detached with a driveway and hottub which you are welcome to use as long as you keep it clean and maintain the chemicals as required. EV charging at an extra cost if you require it. The house is generally open plan.

I have two dogs (Norbert and Timmy) they are whippets (ages 3years and 21months). Although I own two dogs my life is surrounded by them and I can have up to five or six in the house at any one time (my friends all have dogs) you'd need to be ok with this. More often than not it'll be 3 as my boyfriend has a Bulldog.

When I leave home my dogs go into a crate. I would require you to let them out of the crate if you get home before me and equally put them in the crate before leaving. You won't be expected to do anything else. They just won't understand why they are in the crate if someone is in the house. Hope that makes sense.

In October my downstairs tile flooring is being ripped up and new flooring laid. The kitchen island is going and I'm having a breakfast bar (this will be approx 1-2 weeks of building work).

The bedroom is furnished with a bed and a desk. There are plenty of sockets in the bedroom for a TV and a chest of drawers if you require. The room has an inbuilt wardrobe and 5 shelves. My third bedroom will soon become a study which you are welcome to use also.
