Single furnished room in friendly clean, well managed shared house, near too taunton town centre, with own en-suite shower room, with hot water fed from a large storage tank, which is pumped around the house all the time, room has its own fridge and worktop so drinks/snacks can be made in the room. Room is on the groundfloor ,close too front door and shared kitchen, which is shared with other rooms which includes a washing machine, and cloths lines in the rear court yard, also cycle parking in the courtyard all bills included except tv licence and broadband cost, but others in the house have internet, so possible to get at a small cost also there is a telephone socket in the room . House was totally rebuilt less than 2 years ago, so in good condition, we are fully licensed by the council, and manage the house too a high standard, cleaner to communal areas once a week, parking is on street with residents permit, or free after 6 pm or sundays but right out side the house
