Rent £103 a week, single occupancy, high speed unlimited Wi-Fi, bills and gardener included .
The room a bright double room, with large wardrob, tv point, bedside table etc.

House with excellent facilities and we are looking for a lady to share this friendly, privacy respected, house with us.

There is a large lounge, conservatory, kitchen/dining room, downstairs toilet, utility room, fridges, freezers, washing machine, plus 2 gardens with a seating area.

The family bathroom is shared solely between 2 ladies, which includes toilet , bath and power shower, (as my room has an en-suite bathroom).

There is also a large friendly dog, who will greet you and give you cuddles if you wish? :-)
