Single Garden Room

The room is downstairs at the back of the house with a door that opens onto a small patio garden. The house has two bathrooms both with showers. A fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave etc. . The room is furnished with laminate flooring. The house is opposite a park so parking is not a problem. Current tenants are friendly, considerate and try to keep the house clean and tidy. The common areas are cleaned weekly.
Its a 15 min walk to the town centre and less than 10 mins to the railway station.
