Big Room in nice house, furnished with sky!

The room is a nice sized double and comes complete with furniture for you to use, wireless internet, your own sky+ box and a 26" flat screen TV with built in DVD player for you to use.

The bed is a double size and is honestly the most comfy bed in the world! There is a built in wardrobe with shelf inside, so a fair amount of storage. There is also a matching large chest of drawers and bedside table- These are fairly new as I bought them just before my last lodger moved in.

I have a couple of extra bits of furniture which you can use if you need more storage. Previous lodgers have had the room in a different arrangement to what you see in the pics, which gives a lot more floor to fit in more furniture if you need it.

Since these pics were taken the room has had new doors and a lick of paint.

We have lived here for a couple of years and refurbished the house, so you can see from the pics it is looking quite nice (even if I do say so myself)!

There is parking on the drive that you can use if you need to.

We're not bothered about the age or sex of the person who moves in, as long as they're nice and easy going.

Worth knowing also that we have cats.

The house is in Blackbrook, 5 minutes drive to the motorway. You can also walk into town in about 20 mins and train station in about 30. I work on blackbrook trading estate and it takes me 5 minutes to walk to work.

Room is available to move into straight away.
