I am a fifty ish female and the other Lodgers are in their 50’s.
We are clean, tidy and friendly, none of us seems to be in that much , so everyone gets space and the house is big enough to not feel cramped.
The kitchen is very much the hub of the house and if you want to be sociable that's where we tend to catch up.
