One Double To Rent - Oct

I currently have one double room to rent in my three bed terraced house, close to the station and town centre.

The room is furnished with a double bed & mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Recently decorated.

I have a slightly smaller double room available (furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers) at the start of September.

House is comprised of shared living room, kitchen, dining room, garden room and bathroom with over-bath shower. Garden is part decked, part lawn and backs on to a nice park. Washing machine, wireless broadband, on street parking (no permits). Bills included.

Looking for tidy professionals who are respectful to share my home with. No smokers, DSS.
