House comprises of the following shared spaces: separate living and dining room, kitchen, bathroom, shower room, utility room, small study/bedroom (not occupied), kitchen and backyard. All housekeeping duties are shared.
Bills not included in rent and are split evenly between occupants.
Close to town centre with on street permit holders parking.
Reference, deposit and possible agency fee apply. DSS may be considered at agencies discretion.
Must be a pet lover as there are cats and dogs at the property.
