Lovely double room in central house for rent

I am a professional and I am also studying, I am looking for someone to rent my spare room for primarily Mon-Fri.

The house is lovely as is the room, the house is furnished aside from the spare room so you will need to provide your own furniture.

I am not one to have wild parties and would like someone who is of similar mindset! I need someone who is reliable and trustworthy!
