I have a double bedroom to rent in Staplegrove area, Silk meadows. 5 minute walk to the park and ride or about 25 minute walk into town or the train station.

The room comes furnished with a double bed with drawers, bed side table, desk, wardrobe and desk chair.
You will have a shared bathroom with one other.

The communal areas will be the living room, kitchen and dining area. There is also a garden, garage for storage and off street parking.

Roommate will preferably have to be one full time professional, clean & tidy and also like pets as I have 2 house rabbits.

Rent will be £400 including bills.
£200 as deposit.

Room is available from 1st January 2017.
