Both Rooms are fully furnished, contain lift up Double beds in it, not a single beds. Very quiet property, quiet road, perfect place for resting after work.
The property has modern, tidy kitchen. Has a lovely dinner with large glass table and chairs, massive and nice garden at the rear and built rain roof above the seating area.
Person or persons applying for these rooms must have a full time employment (s).

People living in the property at the moment have full time jobs, are serious in life, respectfull, who respect other person's resting time and who would expect the same attitude from the other person. If your attitude towards others is the same- then that is the house and company for you.
