The rent for a single professional is £800/4 weeks. For a couple it is £850/4 weeks. Deposit is£600. If a couple applies, both persons must have full time jobs and rights to rent in UK. Free parking spaces between these hours: 6pm-8am. Payable parking spaces between these hours: 8am-6pm.

Person(s) applying for any of these rooms will be asked to provide these:
Proof of a full time employment(s). (That could be or a contract of employment, or a letter with the offered job position, or 3 recient payslips).
A share code for right to rent in UK (for non British nationals only).
