It is a fully furnished single room as seen in photos, contains a double faux leather lift up bed and a mattress, wall hung units, a sideboard with drawers, a mirror and an intergrated wardrobe in the wall.
Price for a single person is £145/week all inclusive. Deposit is £550. Before your move in you would pay the deposit. On your move in you would pay 4 weeks rent.

The property is very modern and spacious. Has a nice garden with the rain roof above the seating are. Free parking spaces along the road.
Alcohol usage and drugs usage is forbidden in the property. A person addicted to drugs should not contact me.
We are non smokers people so idealy we would want a non smoker lodger.
People living in the property, we all are very calm, serious and quiet people, who treat this property as home, a place for rest, the same attitude we would expect from you. The property is not for parties 100%.
To move into this room you would pay Deposit + 4 Weeks rent.
