Single upstairs room to let furnished . The house has two shower room and a fully fitted kitchen. There is a sunny patio garden with large shed and a secure rear entrance. It is a 10 minute walk to the Station and 20 minutes to the town and 35 minutes from Musgrove. The current tenants are quiet , friendly and considerate.

The communal areas i. e. kitchen, shower rooms and hallways are cleaned weekly but all tenants are expected to keep their own room clean and clean up after themselves in the kitchen and bathrooms.

The room is a valuable from the 2nd July 23.

Permit street parking £120 per year.
