Modern double room, Firepool Lock, Taunton

Double room available to rent in a fully furnished, light, warm house in Firepool Lock. I bought the house 5 years ago but I’m currently working and livin* in Bristol. Firepool lock is a friendly, quiet estate near the town center and next to the canal and river - nice green space for running or walking. Lots of young professionals and families live here.

A dentist in her late 20s is staying in the other room. She is friendly and very clean and tidy. I’m hoping to find someone similar for her to live with. An interest in keeping my house plants alive would be a bonus!

I'd ideally like someone to take the room for between 6 and 12 months. I will keep the small single room for some of my things and may very occasionally stay, up to a couple of times a month.

Fully furnished, garden, wifi, electric piano, 2 parking spaces (one in the garage), space for bike storage, family bathroom and one en-suite

15 min walk to town centre, 5 mins to train station, 35min walk to Musgrove Hospital. 5 minutes to the plough (great pub, lots of live music)
