The large, private space of 2 rooms( Double room + extra second room) for couples or a single person- comes vacant on the 12th of January.
Rent for a single person is £800/4 weeks all inclussive, payable always 4 weeks in advance. For a couple it is £850/ 4 weeks.
Deposit is £400. Person, or both persons must have full time jobs. Room is fully furnished, contains a Double bed in it and all the other needed furniture. Newly renovated.

Single room in TA1 Taunton centre comes available on the 18th of December . Rent is £660/4 weeks. Payable every 4 weeks in advance. Deposit is £300. Would accept a single profesional. A person must have a full time job. Room is fully furnished, contains a Single lift up bed and all the other needed furniture. Newly renovated.

Hinkley bus stop ir right by the property 1 minute walk.

Free parking spaces between these hours 6pm-8am Monday to Saturday. Payable hours are 8am-6pm Monday to Saturday. On Sundays parking is free at all hours.

Minimum age: 18+.
Minimum term: 6 months.

The property is very spacious, has modern, tidy kitchen. Has a lovely dinner room with a large glass table and chairs, massive and nice garden at the rear and built rain roof above the seating area.

Prood of Right to Rent in UK ( for non UK narionals)
3 recient payslips ( or a letter of the offered possition or a contract of employment).
