Furnished double bedroom in a brand new house

Double bedroom in a new house. Furnished with a bed, drawers and a wardrobe. There is a kitchen, lounge/diner and patio doors out on to the lawn. There is WiFi and parking, and it is roughly 2 miles to the station and the town. It’s a 5 min walk to the canal.
