The property is a large extended former bungalow with a big garden, patio, conservatory, lots of parking and sits in just under 1 acre. It's located on the edge of Taunton so 5-10 mins to the M5 and walking distance to Taunton centre (best of both worlds, countryside but on the edge of town). The house will be shared with the owner. It's a great house with plenty of space, lots of parking, modern and very clean and tidy. The owner is friendly, sociable, former Royal Marine and current Police helicopter pilot. He used to work away and rented a room Mon-Fri for several years so understands what it's like being away from home. You can have your own space or relax in the shared reception rooms.
