The property also benefits from being located only a five minute walk to the local leisure facility, gym, park and convenience store.

Other additional advantages include that Taunton train station is only a fifteen minute walk whilst the town centre itself is only a twenty minute walk.

So then, as briefly described above I’d like to offer a double bedroom and your own furnished living room. With regard to the living room, I’ve put this together because I’m aware some simply like their own company or a little peace.

Included within the monthly cost is the electric, water, gas and broadband.

I will also require a deposit of £430 which will be held within a government holding protection scheme, two forms of references please, either from an employer or previous landlord/landlady and both of which will be checked for peace of mind.
