Furnished single room with pleasant view of garden and over Bath, not ensuite but toilet next to bedroom.

Household is currently Jacob. who works at Tescos while saving to go travelling and myself, landlady, living in adjacent flat. Long term lodger has just left after 3 years so looking for someone else who will be a good fit.

Close to Moorland Rd for shops, cafes etc. and buses for town or University.

Peaceful area with good walks and access to Linear Path/Two Tunnels. There is currently free roadside parking but it is becoming rather congested lately.
