Beautifully decorated single bedroom edge of Bath (Timsbury), with comfy sofa bed, doubling as a single bed. The bed is firm and comfy with a length of 170 cm, so not suitable if you are taller than this.

This space is great for short-term accommodation or work travel, if you need a place to stay whilst on a business trip. It's a private room within a 3- bedroom home, so you will be sharing the bathroom facilities with landlord and one other tenant. The house is located 8 miles South-west of central Bath, in a quiet environment. You will have access to the kitchen, diner, shared bathroom and a single bedroom. The bedroom has a study desk, chair, desk lamp, shelving, seating area, sturdy clothing rail, underbed storage and single sofa bed (with bedding) , which when opened is equivalent to a large single. (apologies the images don't show the bedroom very well, so it's worth it to visit to see it for yourself). The living room is not included, though can be used on odd occasions if you have visitors. The room would suit someone who needs short-term accommodation in Bath or Bristol, and is okay with their own company, as the landlord works full-time. The room can be rented per week, or by the month, as well as week days only. The environment is rural, serene, and a quiet environment overall, suitable for a, short term visiting student, postgraduate student or working professional, who needs a room for a few weeks or a few months. All bills are included, including WiFi/Broadband, but there is an additional charge if you work from home, to contribute to energy costs. Finally, if you have access to a car this would be useful and recommended, as it's a 15-20 minutes commute into the centre of Bath (by car). There is also an hourly bus into the centre of Bath, so, access to a car is not essential, though it is very useful. Female is preferred but won't rule out males in every instance. Online viewing is available, however you must view in person before moving in, or signing a tenancy agreement.
