Beautifully decorated single bedroom in a quiet / professional house-share on the edge of Bath (Timsbury).

This space is great for short-term accommodation or work travel, if you need a place to stay whilst on a business trip to Bath or Bristol. It's a private room within a 3- bedroom home, so you will be sharing the bathroom facilities with 2 other tenants. Though there are periods where the other tenants work away, so you will at times have the Bathroom to yourself.

The house is located 7 miles South-west of central Bath, in a rural, serene, and quiet environment. You will have access to the kitchen, diner, shared bathroom and a single bedroom.

The bedroom has a study desk, chair, desk lamp, shelving, sturdy clothing rail, under-bed storage and comfy single sofa bed (with bedding) , which when opened is equivalent to a single. The bed is firm and comfy with a length of 170 cm, not suitable if you are taller than this.

The living room is not included on a regular basis, though it can be used on odd occasions including a) if you have visitors, or b) when other tenants are away - this is as the living room and the master bedroom come together.

All bills are included, including WiFi/Broadband, but there is an additional charge if you work from home, to contribute to energy costs. Finally, if you have access to a car this would be useful and recommended, as it's a 15-20 minutes commute into the centre of Bath (by car). There is also an hourly bus into the centre of Bath, so, access to a car is not essential, though it is very useful. Female is preferred.
