En suite double room in quiet over 55 development

Lovely double room with king size bed and en suite shower room in modern flat in a lovely, quiet over 55 development on the edge of Timsbury. Communal Spa pool and hot tub facilities. 15 mins to Bath 25 mins to Bristol. The room is currently used as my office but I will move that into my room. Shared open plan kitchen and living area. I am away from home typically 4 nights a week so you would have the flat to yourself at least half the week. Looking for a quiet, responsible co-tenant. Utility bills (electric and water) to be shared everything else including council tax and broadband included in the rent. The chosen person will be added to my lease and have to go through referencing with the rental agency to confirm affordability. Flexible term.
