Beautiful room in Period House

I am looking for a professional person who would like to have the advantages of living in a period farmhouse in a village near Frome close to Bath, Bristol and Yeovil. It would suit someone who enjoys country living.
The room which is in a recently built extension is spacious with a lovely view and has a large bathroom. Own staircase and possibility of own sitting room.
There is wifi and cabelling for TV in the room.
Large country style kitchen.
I am looking for someone who is considerate and likes cooking on an aga in winter, electric in summer!.
I would really appreciate it if they had a good sense of humour as well. I am flexible so the information I have put is negotiable eg age. I am looking for the right person to share.
