House share in Trull (female only)

Trull is a beautiful village, a quiet and safe area with a local pub, shop, pilates studio, garage and hairdresser. There are lots of lovely walks, it's a pretty rural area but with easy access to town (less than a 30-minute walk). There is space on the street to park a car outside the house - the house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac.

There is one bedroom with another spare room that can be used as your living room. There is a large garden and happy for you to utilise the garden within reason.

There is a good-sized kitchen with a dining area and table, a bathroom with a power shower, bath and sink, and a separate toilet.

The bedroom is a medium size, and there is a built-in cupboard/wardrobe and a large window. The room is light and airy and has curtains and a cream carpet. Perfect for a professional or student.

I have a small friendly (and cuddly) dog and a cat, so you must be animal friendly. ESSENTIAL!

The house is homely and welcoming, I would expect you to keep the communal areas tidy after use. I am happy for you to use everything in the kitchen pretty much, so there is no need to bring anything.

It would be good to meet and chat in the first instance and show you the room.

I would not want someone that is going to invite lots of people to the house. I like a quiet house and work in senior management, a similar professional would be ideal.
