The price for this standard studio (size: 18 sq meters) is £200.00 per week, and I am looking for someone to replace me from the 12th of June to the 7th of September 2018.

The room is fully furnished to a high standard with 4ft wide bed (small double), desk and chair, drawers and wardrobe as well as under-bed storage and an en suite shower room.
The studio is also equipped with a kitchenette including breakfast bar and stools, microwave/oven combi, double hobs, extractor hood, fridge with freezer drawer, sink and cupboard space.
