Room to rent in Bath

Single room available in Bath, to live with myself and a friend who are both young teachers working full time. We are looking for a female professional or post grad student. I have 3 cats so must be a pet friendly person with no pets of their own. We live on the outskirts of the city centre but only a 25 minute walk into the town centre. We have a shared open plan kitchen/ living room so looking for someone clean and tidy. Rent will be £550 including bills. (No Deposit but one month of rent payed upfront)
