We have previously had tenants who didn't speak to us and had damage we could have fixed almost immediately.
We have three cats, one who spends most of her time outside or in our room and a mother & son who are extremely friendly and playful. Keep your door closed if you do not want to interact.
The house is well-located on the local high-street with a bus stop right outside with regular buses. There is a Morrison's local and a Premier shop, both open until 11pm 2 minutes down the road. A pharmacy and barbers across the road and a corner shop, two hairdressers and a bakery a little further down.
Only 8 minutes walk away, there is a Lidl's, McDonald's and M&S. Sainsbury's is a short bus trip. A bus runs every 15 minutes to the town centre and takes roughly 15 minutes. Oldfield is right next door with a small walk.
This room available is the downstairs room with a large rounded window and plenty of space. The room includes a bed and mattress, bedside table, drawer space, hanger rail, desk and office chair. There is also a lock on the door for privacy, there is a spare key for emergencies.
The rent will be £800 per month with an £800 deposit
The bills are included. Also included is Superfast WiFi with speeds of up to 1000mbps with an ethernet port in the room.
This is for an 11 month contract beginning 1st September.

Current residents including myself are relatively reserved, enjoy animals, cooking, video games, boardgames and gardening. We love going on an adventure every once in a while.
