Terrace home

My home is a little gem, it is a small cottage tucked away near to 'Moorland road' with local amenities such as a butchers, fishmongers, cafes, charity shops and a great location opposite Lidls, near to M and S and Mac Donalds. There is 'Oldfield Park' train station within a 7 min walk and I am located just off the cycle path from 'Linnear Park, and the two tunnels.' On the other side of the road is the canal tow bath and an excellent bus route number 5 to town within 12 mins.

I love my little home and would like to share with another like minded professional. I am happy to make a cleaning rota. I don't have a dishwasher yet, but hope to get one later this year. There is one bathroom downstairs as it's a Victorian terrace house. I have a bathtub and two powerful showers.

The bedroom is small, but there is also a lovely little garden. I have two tables one inside and one in the garden. I'd love to make a friend who I can share the cooking with and have great conversations as well as a housemate.

The bedroom bed can become a bigger bed, however in the small space it works better as a single bed and it has lots of storage below the bed. There is also a chest of draws and a shelf in the airing -cupboard and I can look into buying a long mirror if this is required?

Ideally I have my kitchen utensils so the new housemate wold only need to bring their favourite mugs / glasses,
