I am relocating to another city, and as a result, my room will be available for a new tenant starting on 2nd of May, This offer is exclusively for postgraduate students currently enrolled at the University of Bath.
You will be sharing the flat with a live-in landlady and a fellow Ph. D. student from Bath Uni. The atmosphere in the house is warm and welcoming, making it an ideal choice for someone who values a sense of family. However, if you prefer a more private living arrangement, we fully respect your need for personal space.
One of our top priorities in this house is maintaining cleanliness, so you can expect a tidy and well-kept environment. The location is highly convenient, with the bus stop and local shops just a short 5-minute walk away.
The rent includes all utility bills, except for a small contribution of £14 every six months for toilet rolls. We kindly request that individuals who excessively drink or smoke indoors refrain from contacting us.
