Very Large Double room (5m by 2.75m) available. You can see its currently set up as a bedroom and home office space, but this is flexible if you need something else.

The house features:

Living Space: A large lounge/dining room plus a separate sitting room.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and plenty of storage.

Outdoor: A larger than average back garden - perfect for BBQs and summer sun (currently being landscaped for the season!).

The Room: Fully furnished with a brand-new ottoman storage bed, wardrobe, and drawers. I can also provide a desk (as you can see in photos) or remove it to give you extra space.

The Location:

Situated right on Twerton High Street in Bath, everything you need is within a 5-minute walk.

Shopping:

Morrisons and Pharmacy (diagonally opposite), Lidl, M&S Foodhall (less than 5 min walk away).

Transport:

The bus stop is 20 metres from the front gate (10 mins to the city centre). Alternatively, it’s a beautiful 20–25 minute stroll along the canal towpath into the Bath Central. Oldfield Park train station is a 12-15 minute walk away.

My Situation:

I am away the vast majority of the time.

Winter: I’m usually only home 1 night per month.

Summer: I’m typically home 1 night per week.

I am happy to socialise, but I am very respectful of personal space.

Rent: £800 per month.

Bills: ALL included (Broadband, Council Tax, Utilities).

Cleaning: A cleaner attends every fortnight for the communal areas.

About You:

I’m looking for a chilled professional or student who wants a high-quality space to call home. Long-term preferred, but I’m open to shorter stays for the right person. Pets would be considered as long as they are well behaved, but please think cat/bird/fish/small dog. (Cat in photos will not be present on property).
