Double room available early September

We are looking for a flatmate for a double room in our student house. The house is only a 5-minute walk from the U4 bus stop.

Currently, there are 3 of us living in the house: 2 girls and 1 boy. Two of us are PhD students in Chemistry, and one is an undergraduate student in Chemical Engineering. Our preference is a female flatmate.

We are clean, respectful, and easygoing people. We enjoy chatting and trying/eating the meals we cook. At the same time, we respect everyone’s personal space.

Our home environment is peaceful and tidy; we do not throw parties or make noise late at night. We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and compatible with this lifestyle.
