The room is on the First Floor of a three storey, friendly shared house at Sheridan Road Bath, post code (BA2). The house is ideally located for Bath Spa University.
The house will have a total of 4 tenants.
The room has a fast Wi-Fi broadband point and TV connection Point fitted (Television is not provided) except for a TV Licence all the running costs of the house are included in the rent.
The rent is £500 per a calendar month in advance with one month’s rent held for notice; hence the initial payment will be £1000, and you will not pay the last month rent when you give your final calendar months’ notice.
The rent is due on the 1st of each month. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, you will need to provide your own beading and any other linen that you may require.
The house has a large, shared kitchen and you will have access to a shared Fridge/Freezer. The kitchen is fitted with all that is required for you to be able to prepare your food. The kitchen is fitted with a washing machine, gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, and most other kitchen amenities. The house has a WC with a shower on the ground floor and a Bathroom with a shower on the second floor. The house has a rear enclosed garden.
There is a local convenience store within a few minutes’ walk of the house, and they sell most things, the house is on several good bus routes and offer a good regular service to the City Centre, there is on street parking.
