An attractive, warm and quiet room in a quality house in the centre of the lively harbour town of Watchet, very close to shops, bus stop etc. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, double or single. It is warm and quiet and has an adjacent bathroom with shower over bath. Shared kitchen, laundry, dining room, lounge. The current mature house sharers (2 full-time, 2 part-time) are clean, friendly, quiet and respectful and include a friendly spaniel.

Benefits acceptable if an individual who will respect and enjoy the quality - but relaxed - surroundings and settle long-term. The last occupant stayed 2 years, the previous one stayed 6!
