Description

A choice of two double bedrooms in a three bedroom semi-detached house. Both bedrooms are good sizes. Bedroom 1 in the pics is taken. Bedroom 2 (or 3) is available. Nice family bathroom with mega powershower and slipper bath. Plenty of parking and a garage. You will need your own transport - it is in a very rural location.

Two resident cats. Bills - electricity,, the house is very well insulated so doesn't cost much to run and council tax. I will pay water (water meter), and broadband (unlimited) for the property.

I am in the process of installing new wooden floor with underfloor heating in the lounge. New carpet throughout upstairs. I'm pretty negotiable on most things so if you want something added or changed I'll probably be receptive to sensible requests.

The rear of the house has a small garden with a large pond. The view from the back is very far reaching (to Glastonbury and beyond). It is a five minute walk to a lovely nature reserve with otters and the like. The front of the house has plenty of parking and far reaching views of the Mendips and Cheddar Gorge.
