Large room in friendly house

I have a large room to let in central Wellington right opposite the bus stop and only a minute or two from the central shops. Large fully equipped kitchen, good-sized bathroom and good-sized lounge. The room is freshly decorated and carpeted. There is a small gravelled/paved garden and a brick patio at the side.

The house is a large, Edwardian dwelling with large rooms and an old world charm. The kitchen and bathroom are both thoroughly modernised, as are the bedrooms and living room.

My partner and I are live-in landlords.

There is high-speed WiFi fibre broadband, and all bills are included.

I'm not sure what else to say except that you will need to be pet friendly as there is one cat & one dog in residence but they are very friendly.

Viewing is available any evening from 6: 00pm or at weekends.
