Beautiful sunny room

A lovely large well furnished bright sunny room just a step away from the separate loo and bathroom, with views from the window over to Wells Cathedral, Tor Hill and the golf course, within an artistic, comfortable and spiritual house. You will share the house with me, a singer, earth energy and sound healer who is mainly retired but still keeps lively and busy and runs some workshops and courses.

The house is tastefully furnished and comfortable with a pretty terraced garden to front and back, a south facing conservatory, sitting room and kitchen/dining room . The house is hardwired with ethernet cables to stay clear of high EMF radiation from WiFi as I am sensitive to this, but it has good connection to broadband in each room. and wifi calling on mobiles is possible.

I am ideally looking for a professional, possibly a health practitioner or in a caring profession who works locally during the week who is tidy and self contained but warm, friendly and companionable,, ideally someone who practises a self-aware and spiritual way of life A car or bike would be useful as house is up a hill.

I try to eat mainly healthy home cooked vegetarian food, but also eat fish and I'm happy to share the cooking of evening meals if we are both in at the same time.

The council tax band is B although I myself have exemption due to my Guaranteed Pension Credit. There is a landline which I could share if all calls were noted and paid for.
