Sunny room in quiet house in central Wells.

I have a small, sunny, double room to let in my house. it comes with own shower room which is separate but right next door to room. I am looking for a quiet, female. I have previously let to students from Bath Spa University so I am keen to do so again. I would, however, consider letting to young person in full time work. Parking is allowed outside the house from 5pm until 9am but there is parking nearby also without restriction.
The room is furnished with a bed, a bookcase, a chair and a wardrobe. it looks out onto a sunny courtyard garden.
There is a well equipped kitchen and entrance from here onto the courtyard garden.
There is a small shared sitting room across from the bedroom.
