This large executive house is ideal for a professional working at Hinkley Point. It has three bedrooms but we are looking for one person who wants their own house in the lovely Wembdon village and close to the HPC pick up points.
My husband and I (the landlords) are both professionals, I work in Education and my husband is a Health professional. We live next door to the property and therefore we are always contactable should you need us.
The village is peaceful yet a stones throw away from the town centre with its 4 main supermarkets, banks and shops. The village has two lovely local pubs, a convenience store and post office. The property is a 3 minute walk to the HPC bus stop on the NDR and only a 10 minute drive from both M5 motorway junctions for when you want to return home for a weekend.
This is an extremely spacious, executive house. With large lounge, a spacious kitchen/diner with double oven, dishwasher, microwave and American style double fridge freezer. In the utility there is a washing machine and the small conservatory is ideal for airing clothes but you can also make use of the washing line in the garden.
The cleaner comes once a week to clean all communal areas.
The large private garden surrounding three sides of the property has a large lawn, patio chairs, decking area, BBQ area, pond and a washing line.
The house is less than a mile from Chilton Trinity Sports & Leisure Centre and just over a mile to the new 24 hour Pure Gym. A ten minute drive from two local golf clubs and a 5 minute drive to the town centre, supermarkets and banks. The local village pub with sky sports, pizza nights and local bands/convenience store is only a short walk around the corner on Wembdon hill.
