Bright and airy single room to let in our home. Recently redecorated.
All previous lodgers have had double beds in this room comfortably despite being classed as a single occupancy room. There is currently a single bed and small chest of draws that I'm happy to leave for use by our new lodger.
Central heating, double glazing, very large garden with stunning views.
Close to Yeovilton Air Base with great views on air day.
Potential lodger must like animals as we have dogs, cats & chickens.
Fibre optic broadband included.
Applicant must be working as this is our private home.
Our lodger will have thier own cupboard in the kitchen, use of all kitchen items, cooker, microwave, George Forman grill, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.
The bathroom is shared with myself and my adult daughter. Kitty in place for cleaning products & toilet rolls.

This room is not a large room and has a sloped ceiling (making appear smaller).
