Single occupancy room

Quiet village location with no public transport so driver essential.
Smoking OK but only in the confines of your own room or outside.
Must like animals of the furry & feathered variety (dogs, cats & chickens)
Private driveway.
Use of kitchen and all appliances eg: washing machine cooker & microwave. Your own cupboard in the kitchen and a space in the fridge. There is a tumble dryer but with energy prices going through the roof it is only used as a last resort.
The room is a single room with a sloping ceiling and will take a small double with a bit of jiggling as proved by previous occupants. There is currently a clothing rail. Also a single bed, bookcase, small stool, cubed unit and a handy storage cubbyhole under the eaves.
It has had a fresh lick of paint & fresh wallpaper.

As this is my private residence any lodger must be in full time employment.
Please take note that this is a rural location with no public transport.
There is just myself and my adult daughter residing in the house and we are incredibly quiet people.
Unless there is serious interest please don't waste my time as so many seem happy to do.
I'm happy to take viewings but will no longer rebook more than once. If you can't make it just say so please. Manners cost nothing
